The Naval Academy unveiled its new sexual harassment prevention program yesterday, saying the mandatory classes are an effort to teach midshipmen in a structured setting what is and is not permissible in today's military. Find Us On Facebook
"We are setting the stage for what their conduct should be here at the academy - people come from all walks of life, and we don't know what they think is acceptable and don't, so we set the bar, we tell them what it is," Cmdr.
