A senior at the Naval Academy who has been named a Rhodes Scholar looks forward to studying public health during the two years he will spend at Oxford University in England.
Midshipman 1st Class J. Blaine Moore, who is scheduled to graduate in May, is the academy's 45th Rhodes Scholar, and the ninth in the past four years.
He said Wednesday that after studying public health for two years in England, he hopes to go to medical school.
"Shoot for the stars, keep your priorities straight, and everything else will fall into place," he said of his approach to life.
