In a draft order and opinion sent to the attorneys and parties in the case late yesterday, Circuit Court Judge Philip T. Caroom said there were no grounds for the case under Maryland law.
One of the plaintiffs said this morning that he thought the judge's action would put an end to the lawsuit filed in November against the association and 28 of its trustees.
