West County: Rotary launches speech contest
The Rotary Club of West Anne Arundel County is recruiting young public speakers through Tuesday for its 4Way Test speech competition at Arundel High School.
The winner of the March 31 contest will receive a $200 prize and will participate in the district semifinal competition to be held at Glen Burnie High School on April 9.
The winner of the semifinals is expected to participate in the district competition to be held April 21 at Hershey Park, Pa.
