Meeting to focus on Spa Creek ANNAPOLIS - The Spa Creek Conservancy, an Annapolis-based volunteer group, is hosting a discussion of ways to improve the creek's watershed at 7 p.m. May 23 at the Parole Health Center, 1950 Drew St. The conservancy teamed up with the nonprofit Center for Watershed Protection for a study on the creek's headwaters. The "hotspots" identified in the report will be targets for community and city government projects. Spa Creek flows through the heart of Annapolis, dividing downtown from Eastport.
