It's hard not to smile in the company of 17-year-old Crofton native Michelle Ogden. The teenager is a beam of sunshine. She click-clacks down the old terrazzo tiled hallway floors of Arundel High School in stratospherically high-heeled leopard print pumps adorned with puffy black suede bows.
