Darrell Nunley Jr. loved big trucks.
He loved driving them so much that he was willing to be away from his wife, Shawn, and their family four to five days a week to make deliveries in Kansas.
So after the 38-year-old Severn man died June 1 while on the road, Mrs. Nunely decided to give him one final ride in his purple and chrome Kenworth W900. Friday, the trucker's mortal remains traveled from Singleton's Funeral Home on Crain Highway to Glen Haven Memorial Park on the back of the big rig - followed by a procession of eight other trucks.
