Local doctor pushes 'Am I Hungry?'Published 02/25/08
A few years ago, Dr. Ramona Seidel stopped dieting and began to lose weight.
It was something she couldn't explain until she attended a conference in 2005. It was there that she heard from Dr. Michelle May, who explained the concept of her weight-loss program, "Am I Hungry?" The initiative aims to teach behavior modifications that allow people to eat only when they're hungry, as opposed to doing it for other reasons.
