Chesapeake parents, students defend Regional ProgramPublished 02/25/08
Amanda Gernert can't say enough about the Regional Program at Chesapeake High School.
The ninth-grader from Pasadena enrolled in the program for teens with emotional troubles this year. She's proud of the program and the help it's given her, and said she can't understand why some parents in the community are upset about it.
