Frustrated residents of Riviera Beach are hoping a shake-up in the leadership of their civic organization might lead to reform in the waterfront community.
Two more officers of the Riviera Community Improvement Association resigned last week, two weeks after association President E. Patrick Kiley resigned.
Secretary Patricia Jeffers and Treasurer Donna Catterton handed in their resignation letters April 15. Former vice president John Mullins became president in the wake of Mr. Kiley's departure, and said he will remain in that position until the annual board elections in November.
