Paul Massaro, who would have been a senior at Severna Park High School this year, won a Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program scholarship and instead will study in Hamburg, Germany.Find Us On Facebook
The Severna Park teenager is one of only 250 U.S. teens chosen for a unique opportunity: the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program. The program is jointly funded by the German Bundestag - the national parliament of Germany - and the U.S. Congress, through the U.S. Department of State.
