Paul Massaro won't be around to enjoy the rituals of senior year at Severna Park High School this year. Rather, he'll be an exchange student in Hamburg, Germany.

Paul Massaro, who would have been a senior at Severna Park High School this year, won a Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program scholarship and instead will study in Hamburg, Germany.The Severna Park teenager is one of only 250 U.S. teens chosen for a unique opportunity: the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program. The program is jointly funded by the German Bundestag - the national parliament of Germany - and the U.S. Congress, through the U.S. Department of State.
