Elks lodge members to lead paradeANNAPOLIS - The Annapolis Labor Day Parade will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday, progressing from West Street to Calvert Street. The Ancient City Elks Lodge 175 will lead the parade with bands and dancers. Business group to hold fundraiserANNAPOLIS - Business Owners and Managers Institute International will host "Martini Lights" from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 27 at Greystone Grill, 200 Westgate Circle in Annapolis.
