CEPHAS BASKETBALL LEAGUE: Boys & Girls Club of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County is seeking high school teams to join the LaRon Cephas Fall Basketball League. The league runs from Sept. 21-Oct. 26 will consist of 16 teams. Play will take place at LaRon Cephas Gymnasium at Boys & Girls Club at Bates. The team resgistration fee is $400 and is due by Sept. 8.
