Wendi Winters - For The CapitalOdenton resident Teneika Williams, 16, sits in front of a photo image of herself that is displayed on a column in the school's main hall. Teneika Williams, 16, is known as a leader at Arundel High School. She is captain of Arundel High's Step Squad. And she helped math teacher Katara Starkey found "Pearls of Wisdom," a girls group at the school that now has about 30 members. The group, Ms. Starkey said, "helps our female students value themselves, their education and their community." Teneika has a "positive attitude," Ms. Starkey said.
