Even when wearing her black Chuck Taylors, Alicia Berry is 4 feet 11 inches tall, but the Arundel High School senior class president is a compact stick of dynamite.

Gambrills resident Alicia Berry, a senior at Arundel High School, is a dynamo packed into a petite, 4-foot 11-inch frame. The former cheerleader is a three-term class president, a Kick-Off Mentor for Freshmen and an AVID tutor.She's tops in academics, and helps with her church and classmates while keeping a part-time job. These days the Gambrills resident is up to her eyeballs in planning the Senior Prom and the graduation ceremony. And she is fully aware that she's Class of 2009 president for life, as it is the president who plans all class reunions for the first 70 to 80 years after graduation.
