Recreation Roundup: Ducharmes team up to lead Mayo softball to victory

Kaileigh Ducharme pitched two scoreless innings as the Mayo Mustangs (2-0) defeated the Southern Bulldogs (1-1), 21-7 in girls U14 action. Mayo was led by Christi Ducharme, who went 4-for-5 with two doubles and Abby Cannon, who scored four runs. Eva Sweeney, Laura Davis, Christin Boston, Christy Tull, Naomi Johnson, Julianna Wood, Kelsey Harman, Emma Bagnardi, Jeannie Wayson, Emily Bucknall and Taylor Smith also contributed to the victory.
