Man arrested in stabbing incidentMILLERSVILLE - A man was arrested after allegedly stabbing his brother after a verbal altercation in Millersville last night, county police said. The 27-year-old victim was stabbed on the left side of his back around 6 p.m., said Justin Mulcahy, a county police spokesman. Peter Joseph Jacques was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, Mulcahy said.
