ANNAPOLIS - Officers are searching for a 15-year-old boy suspected of shooting a man in the thigh yesterday afternoon on Monument Street, city police said.
When police and paramedics arrived at 20 Monument St. at 1:34 p.m. for the report of a shooting, they found Anthony Lamont Thompson, 26, suffering from a gunshot wound. The area is a block away from Clay and West Washington streets.
Investigators determined that Thompson had been in an argument with the unnamed suspect. The suspect left the scene and returned with a black semiautomatic pistol and shot the victim in the leg, police...
