Stevensville driver excels as rookiePublished 09/03/09
For as long as he can remember, Steven McWilliams Jr., has always looked forward to Labor Day weekend, when the youngster would get to hang around the paddock at Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia.

"There are pictures of me trying to help my dad on his car. I would grab whatever tool I could find and pretend to help. I've been around since then.'' Finally, the Capital is doing stories on auto racing. How about some Stock Car coverage? Potomac Speedway is local and several Anne Arundel residents race there.
