Stevensville resident reaches 130 mph on Bonneville Salt FlatsPublished 10/07/09
Racing on the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah was a lifelong dream for Bill Phillips, a Stevensville resident and the general manager of Harley-Davidson/Buell of Annapolis.
