ANNAPOLIS - Democratic mayoral candidate Josh Cohen yesterday revealed what he would do to improve downtown parking if he is elected next month.
At a news conference at the Hillman Garage, he unveiled a blueprint that reshuffles where people park, which he said would make it easier for people who want to patronize downtown businesses to find a place for their vehicles.
