ANNAPOLIS - A city man was arrested yesterday after police said he choked a retired man in his Madison Court home.
The 60-year-old victim told city police a man he knew knocked on his door at about 5 p.m. and came in to talk about doing some odd jobs for him. The man then asked for a few dollars so he could get a ride home. The victim obliged and gave the man $5. Then the man punched him in the face, police said.
