Pasadena man gets 15 years for drugsBALTIMORE - A 25-year-old Pasadena man was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison last week for his role in a regional drug ring. U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake sentenced William Richard Coursey to 15 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Judge Blake said she extended the sentence beyond the terms of a plea agreement because of Coursey's two prior felony convictions for reckless endangerment and assault.
