City man, 18, shot, in critical condition

ANNAPOLIS - An 18-year-old Annapolis man shot in the buttocks early yesterday morning following an argument in Eastport was in critical condition this morning at Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, city police said.

Police said Delontae Raynard Dare of 930 Madison St. was shot around 1:30 a.m. down the street from his home, police said.

When officers arrived on the scene, a crowd was standing around the victim, who had been shot in the right buttock. A large amount of blood loss suggested his femoral artery might have been affected and he was flown to shock...
