MILLERSVILLE - A 20-year-old man was arrested last night after allegedly forcing a woman and her infant daughter into a car outside a gas station and then fleeing from police.
Officers were called to the Wawa at 8300 Veterans Highway in Millersville just after 11 p.m. Witnesses told police a man and woman were seen arguing in the parking lot. During the altercation, the man forced the woman and 7-month-old girl into a gray Saturn and sped away, said Justin Mulcahy, a county police spokesman.
