ANNAPOLIS - Using DNA evidence to get a cold-case match, a county grand jury yesterday indicted a man serving time for burglary with a 1993 Annapolis rape.
James Albert Henson, 47, formerly of Bens Drive in Annapolis, was indicted for the first-degree rape and 14 other charges, according to an indictment unsealed last week.
The county State's Attorney's Office said Henson's charges stem from an Oct. 21, 1993, assault in the 200 block of Victor Parkway. Shortly after midnight, a 21-year-old woman was attacked in her apartment and the case remained unsolved until...
