In deference to their plight yesterday - and the fact the courts will be closed again Monday for Presidents Day - District Court Judge John P. McKenna organized a special bail review hearing in Annapolis. Judge Jonas D. Legum heard 34 cases yesterday afternoon inside the locked courthouse on Rowe Boulevard, clearing the way for about 22 people to be released pending...
