GLEN BURNIE - County police are searching for a Glen Burnie man charged in the abuse of his infant son.
Thomas Virts, 25, of Chester Circle, has been charged with assault and child abuse.
At about 6 p.m. March 9, officers were called to Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie for a report of an injured baby boy. They learned the 6-week-old infant was admitted with apparent head trauma.

I think they should start a bill with more serious consequences. The story about Joseph is said, someone dies & the others invovled pay a measly $500 an call it a day. When really, at the end of the day someone is never coming back from this! Drivers are getting worse and worse all the time..they just do not care about anything these days..its quite sad
