PAROLE - A woman who county police believed was carjacked outside Westfield Annapolis mall has come forward.
The woman, who was not identified Friday morning, contacted police Thursday after learning officers needed to speak with her.
She told police a shoplifter, running from mall security, forced his way into the back seat of her sedan as she drove on Bestgate Road at Industrial Drive.
