ANNAPOLIS - Ladies of the Hat, an international women's social group, will sponsor a "color kreation" party from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 2 at the Annapolis Marriott Waterfront hotel. The group is open to all ladies over the age of 21 who love to dress up in all colors of hat and attire. There is no membership requirement to attend this event.
The event will feature vendors offering women's accessories, clothes, hats and more. There will be a fashion show sponsored by the costumer of the Naval Academy Masqueraders, entertainment, dancing, hot buffet, cash...
