One thing lacking from this article, was the number of vehicle accidents with injuries at this intersection prior to the light installation.

Sometimes my Democratic political affiliation embarrasses me; this is one of those times.
The slight possibility that the MCEA board has non-partisan preferences for cause notwithstanding, did anyone first check whether its composition was predominantly Republican before trashing Dave Boschert as the Machiavellian dealmaker?
