Snow leaves 'No Child' testing behindPublished 02/28/05
Winter weather kept schools in Anne Arundel County closed for a third consecutive day and forced officials to push back the dates for a crucial "No Child Left Behind" test. Although forecasters still predict 3 to 6 inches of snow will blanket the area by late today, that total is down considerably from the 6 to 10 inches originally expected.
