Good Deeds:Severna Park-Broadneck rivalry takes a holiday

On Oct. 7, Severna Park High School Band and Orchestra boosters had planned to hold the 28th annual Tournament of Bands at our school.

After months of planning and with 20 bands coming from a multi state area, our fields were unusable due to heavy rains.

With less than 24 hours to go, we found that Broadneck...
