In the Democratic primary for this predominantly Prince George's County district, which includes voters in northwestern Anne Arundel, we endorsed incumbent state Sen. John Giannetti, a brash and polarizing but energetic legislator. Democratic voters, instead, picked Jim Rosapepe, whose extensive record includes 11 years in the House of Delegates. And...
