It's hard to think of any miracle cures for downtown Annapolis' traffic and parking problems, or even anything that will produce a significant improvement. Perhaps the city should just give up and make the announcement: Every motorist for himself. Find Us On Facebook
That may strike you as vague, but it's more concrete than anything consultants recently came up with in a dreamy vision for handling the city's parking and traffic crunch. That the city has paid $150,000 for the long-overdue Annapolis Regional Transportation Vision and Master Plan (which had a total cost of $650,000) is so much salt in residents' wounds.
