The senator recently introduced a bill to prevent state funding of a bridge between Kent County and Millers Island in Baltimore County.
But what happens if the state starts ruling out bridge sites piecemeal? Does Mr. Pipkin think there is a state senator anywhere on the bay who would welcome such a bridge in his district?
