As we continue to look at ways to move Annapolis High School forward, we need to make very clear that assembling a new team - no matter how it may ultimately look - will not by itself solve the school's problems.
No teacher, no matter how good, can excel without a proper support structure. As a school system, we must make sure the building blocks are in place so teachers and other personnel can do what they do best - inspire and educate our students.
