Proposed sailing hall of fame belongs at City DockPublished 03/07/08
For a long time, little opposition was expressed to plans for a National Sailing Hall of Fame at City Dock. A national museum dedicated to this sport seemed a perfect fit for "America's sailing capital," and most were excited by the idea. But in the last several weeks, opposition has emerged among historic preservationists. It's time for everyone to just take a deep breath.
