The ink was barely dry when the e-mails started to drift in from readers wondering why we would do a front-page profile (The Capital, July 16) on Harry Sinclair, west county's omnipresent gadfly. A fixture at civic association meetings, Harry has been so obnoxious that one association banned him. But his bow tie, constant smile and in-your-face boldness make him a colorful character - too colorful to ignore. In an e-mail, an Odenton resident wondered if it was a slow news day.
