We congratulate the business owners inducted into the Business Hall of Fame by the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce last week. Given the challenges of today's economy, it is good to be reminded that many local entrepreneurs, starting with sparse capital and small staffs, still manage to build highly successful companies. This year's inductees were: Hillard Donner, who 62 years ago started a downtown landmark: Mills Fine Wine and Spirits.
