We hope the city and the school system can resolve their differences over the use of school buildings for this year's city elections. Having voters go to the same polling places year after year eases Election Day complications and encourages turnout. Find Us On Facebook
Schools Superintendent Kevin Maxwell told city officials last October that they would not be allowed to use schools as polling locations for the city's Sept. 15 primary and Nov. 3 general election.
