What do you know - people will actually pack a town hall meeting on a topic other than health care reform. More than 300 jammed into a church hall near Annapolis last week for a meeting on the Chesapeake Bay organized by Environment Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. It was, said Chuck Fox, senior adviser to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency administrator, "a tremendous forum - a lot of very intelligent questions, a lot of good info and a lot of enthusiasm."
