This week, the board cut another $362 million from the budget. It wasn't pretty or kind - but neither is this nation's economic recession.
Among the victims in this round were college students of low- and middle-income parents who will lose $7 million in financial aid and Eastern Shore residents who will lose a state psychiatric hospital in Chestertown.
