Editor's Desk: I'm throwing in the towel on writing editorial endorsementsPublished 11/22/09
Each election year I am invited to speak to political groups and other associations about my insight into the campaigns. Imagine that. Tom. You'll just have to become a curmudgeon, like Mencken. I would never vote for or against a candidate based on the Capital's endorsement. It is only one source of information or opinion; one should have a broader view. The more perspectives the better. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion - but not their own FACTS!
