By all accounts, the driver for Crofton Coach & Courier was at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport to pick up his tired passengers and take them home.
But the night ended badly when undercover Maryland Transportation Authority police arrested or cited him and 16 others for conducting business without a required permit.
Creecy's boss, Jim Overmier, said he had not put his permit in the van because the state stopped renewing them and he didn't think it was still required.
