I welcome a new face in the race. Assuming you are elected you'd make changes? Citing Moyer is a joke 'The previous mayor's budget for fiscal 2010 projected the city would have a reasonable general fund cash balance of 14.7 percent of the general fund at the end of year, eight times the risky level Leopold is proposing for the county. Yeah her projections and we wonder why she left town. Leopold has held the line and avoided firing County employees. A raise is not in the numbers, nor is and increasing taxes... How about enumerating some of the changes you intend to implement?
