Now we've heard another one: new county offices.
The Arundel Center houses most of the county's executive offices but is sandwiched between commercial buildings and state offices, with no room to expand. Other county offices are at the Heritage Office Complex on Riva Road.
Could the county sell the Arundel Center to the state, lease the Riva Road complex to private businesses...

The County seat of Anne Arundel County is Annapolis. Therefore, the offices of the County Council have to remain in the County seat. However, all other County offices could be moved to Crownsville.
