On September 1, 2010 Tony McConkey stole from another MD resident. Per a written and verbal contract, Tony was supposed to pay the disabled veteran $3,500.00 for the appliances in his home which Tony bought in foreclosure. The day of the turn-over Tony said "I am not paying you" forcing the veteran to take Tony to court. Tony McConkey is a liar and a thief.
