Good Move. An attorney from CASA says that she felt that crimes would not be reported and that is all hogwash. How many jailed criminals report crimes? If Casa is so concerned about citizens of Mexico, why don't they go to Mexico and take care of their problems? I do not think that their State in Mexico will give them a million dollars American to run their operation to protect criminals.
