Rutland Road closed in Davidsonville

Rutland Road between Lavalle Drive and Rt. 450 is closed and will remain closed until further notice for ongoing repairs following damage sustained after periods of heavy rain and flooding. The county's public works department advises that a significant portion of the northbound lane has been severely compromised and is not safe for travel. The length of time needed to complete the repairs is dependent on the weather.
